Fresh from posting a Personal Best elapsed time at the Australian Nationals at Willowbank Raceway, Queensland last month, the ever popular Kath Stevens from the Brett Stevens Racing 'super' team will again be making the trip to the West for the Goldenstates at the Perth Motorplex this weekend (30th Nov-1st Dec).
As the only female to ever take it up to the guys in the professional Top Doorslammer bracket, Kath casts an imposing shadow over her competitors despite her diminutive figure.
"The car was great at the Nationals, I ran a PB time in qualifying and that was with an early shut off well before the finish line at around the 1000ft mark." "After extensive research and development of our new fuel and clutch systems, we seemed to be finally getting on to top of the tyre shake problems we have been experiencing." "I am really excited about how we have the cars now and can't wait to get out there on track at the Motorplex for the Golden States, it is going to be another tough weekend of racing but I am hoping to be right up there in the mix." |

With some recent consistently improving results in her 3000 horsepower Jack Daniel's Racing Ford Falcon she is certain to have the pressure turned right up on the opposition.
