The concrete drag strip surface at Perth Motorplex is set to be replaced with a new ultra-flat surface.
Gary Miocevich from the Motorplex has announced the $1.2m works at recent club meetings and at the official trophy presentation night. The concrete at the Motorplex has never quite been satisfactory with some cracking and dips and bumps in places due to the technique and type of concrete originally used by contractors. The new surface will be in place for the 2007/2008 season. |
