Re:History wanted Ravenswood T Bucket - 2008/05/27 20:53 Rhett, this was not the car Trev raced with Barrel, I think he has had a few too many beers over the years. The front wheels in the photo are not the same ones that Trev had, althouh they do look exactly the same. Those front wheels in the picture came to an untimely end under the Ravenswood armco.

This car was originally owned and raced by Mandy Acaraci, I can't remember the name of it but I do have a photo of it from those days, so will look it up. It ran with a Holden 6.

It was then raced as the Cleveland Express and won the Modified points championship, Western Nationals and a number of other races in 80/81. The additional tubing under the chassis was added by Jim Wilton after one of the chassis rails broke during a race in the 80/81 season.

The chassis was then sold to Barrel in 1982 (I think).
