Re:All Bike Day - 2008/05/12 09:35 I went down daz, Only for testing tho.

In my first lap i used all of my lane and the one next to it

The second was a little straighter and only one lane, 8.60 @ 154MPH..... What a buzz!!!!
The third was much the same 8.63 @ only 142 MPH but it did have a 1.17 60FT. God i love that bike.

Re:All Bike Day - 2008/05/13 08:20 Sounds like there was only one bike there testing.

Does anyone have any results from the day the Plex site doesnt and no one here appears likely to spill.

Re:All Bike Day - 2008/05/13 14:18 Well you just had to be there

Oh and there was a bit of a fire at the top end... One of the nitros that ran straight after me turned the corner at the top end to find out there was a small fire between the front wheel and motor.... And no fire crew to be seen We sent to old man screaming back on the harley and did a hunt for a fire extinguisher and found one hidden away in the little shed. I think the nitro boys might be putting there extinuisher in there tow ute from now on!!!

Re:All Bike Day - 2008/05/15 23:01 Darrin, the results were posted at 1am Monday Morning .. the link was from the news section in the right frame. Maybe your browser didn't update, it can happened from time to time with a framed site like ours.

Justin, it is a shame you chose to report on the only negative from the day, I had a hard time getting safety crew being Mothers Day and the Roundy Rounders being on at Wanneroo... Having said that we put a fire ute at 1/2 track and at the top end whenever the Fuel Bikes ran after Singles incident. Also the track was prepared to perfection with Ash running a PB 6.70 on his Nitro Harley and Steve Anderson going 8.2 with his new combo ...

All in all, I think the day was a huge success giving the weather in the morning, mothers day and the V8s being on... each of those things would have cost at least 10 racers each, so the hundred we had could have been 130 easily ... we are working on next year already and hopefully we can get to 150+ bikes for the event.
