However, it's not really their fault, the people that are actually responsible will get out without a scratch... Meanwhile I'm looking at about 6 months before I get paid for last weeks work + annual leave etc....

obviously i'm going to struggle a little as one of my prerequisites for my ideal job is that it lets me have time off to go to the track...
nationals was good because we were on roe highway about half an hour from the track, so finishing work at 5 let me get there before racing starts most nights, and they were flexible enough to give me time off for the friday nights of the big meets and to let me go to the odd test n tune too...
